The Rift Valley's lake circuit — Naivasha, Elementaita, and Nakuru — offers boat rides among hippos, flamingo-lined shores, and increasingly, boutique wineries and vineyards. It's a gentler, more scenic retreat setting than the bigger game parks, well suited to reflective offsites, wellness-oriented sessions, and shorter programmes.
Day 1
Drive from Nairobi, boat ride on Lake Naivasha, afternoon leadership session at a lakeside venue.
Day 2
Morning at Lake Elementaita/Nakuru for flamingos, afternoon vineyard tour and closing session.
